How many guests can Villa Bougainvillea accommodate?
Villa Bougainvillea sleeps up to 16 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bring the whole crew.
Where is Villa Bougainvillea located?
In a quiet residential Scottsdale neighborhood, just 5 minutes from Old Town and about 10 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. You get a private backyard retreat with Old Town's restaurants, bars, and nightlife a short ride away.
Who is Villa Bougainvillea best for?
Bachelorettes, bachelor trips, golf groups, and families. With beach volleyball, outdoor movies, a putting green, and a huge private backyard, there's something for everyone. Our consistent 5-star reviews say it best.
Is it a good home base for a golf trip?
Absolutely. Scottsdale is a golf destination, and the villa is built for the 19th hole: warm up on the putting green, rack 'em up in the game room, and unwind by the fire pit.
Is it family-friendly?
Yes! The bunk room, pool, backyard games, and outdoor movies keep kids busy, and 5 bedrooms give everyone their own space.
Is the backyard private?
Yes. The whole backyard is for your group only during your stay: the pool, volleyball court, putting green, fire pit, pergola lounge, outdoor bar, and movie theater.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, for an added fee: we heat it to about 85°F for $250 on 2–5 night stays (longer stays priced separately). Please request it at least 48 hours before arrival.
What are the house rules?
No parties or events, no pets, and no smoking (indoors or out). Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM, per Scottsdale ordinance. Parking is for up to 2 cars in the driveway.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Need something different? Send us a message and we'll see what we can do.
