A Huge Private Backyard

This is the backyard that makes the whole trip. It's big, it's private, and it's all yours: room to spread out, play games, set up a themed photo shoot, or spend the whole day out back, from brunch to sunset.

Beach Volleyball Court

Kick off your sandals and serve it up. The private sand court is home to grudge matches, sunset tournaments, and some truly iconic group photos. Beginners welcome; bragging rights optional.

Outdoor Movie Theater

When the sun goes down, the backyard turns into a movie night under the stars. Rom-com, comedy classic, or the kids' pick: grab the snacks and settle in with the whole crew.

Fire Pit

Private Swimming Pool
